Sterling Farms Tennis CluB is Opening May10th!

The safety restrictions that will be enforced come from the State of Connecticut and United States Tennis Association's guidelines for both players and facilities and include the following highlights:

For Players:

  • Maintain at least six feet apart from other players, do not make physical contact with other players.

  • Avoid touching your face after handling a ball, racquet, or other equipment.

  • If a ball rolls onto your court, don't pick it up. Send it back with either your foot or your racquet.

  • All players should leave the facility immediately after play.

  • Players must enter/exit the property with a face-covering on until you reach the tennis courts.

For Our Facility:

  • Masks and gloves will be available for any customers who would like them.

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available.

  • We will be utilizing every other court (one court in between to be left vacant).

  • We will be encouraging social distancing at all times.

  • We are committed to providing a safe, clean environment.

  • There will be signage at our facilities with reminders to help ensure we maintain as safe an environment as possible for all.

Thank you for your patience and understanding in these very different and difficult times. We see light at the end of the tunnel and look forward to the day when social distancing only means having a tennis net between us.
